Assessment homes
Our assessment homes offer a lifeline to young people between 7 and 18 years old in crisis.
They provide local authorities with immediate intervention and offer short-term, urgent care.
They’re equipped for emergency and non-emergency admissions, with accommodation available within 6 hours of referral.
Our assessment homes offer young people security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment over 12 weeks.
Every placement provides access to education and the opportunity to participate in an outdoor adventure programme.
This is all underpinned by our therapeutic assessment model, which helps us determine what support a young person needs and defines their next steps.
This could include a transition into one of our solo or group homes, a foster care placement or reunification with their family.
Most importantly, our assessment strategy helps us understand what’s right for a young person and their needs.
