By embedding ESG and sustainability in Esland, we can boost our effectiveness, reduce our environmental impact, and create lasting, positive change that addresses local community and broader societal needs. 

According to the Help Children to Live Better Lives website, 7 in 10 children have faced adverse childhood experiences by the age of 8 across the UK. It's a stark statistic, and it emphasises the importance of what we do. 

It's why we're so committed to helping vulnerable young people grow, flourish, and thrive by giving them the care, education, and therapeutic support they need. 

Being able to transform lives means we can drive long-term social and economic value for local communities and grow our contribution to our targeted UN sustainable development goals.
